This is an Agreement between You and skyetrip.in. The following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") apply to all visitors to or users of this Web site. By accessing this Web site, the user acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. In the case of any violation of these Terms and Conditions, skyetrip.in. And its subsidiaries, (collectively, "skyetrip.in"), reserve the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such violations. Trademark: The trademarks, trade names and service marks (the "Marks") displayed on this Web site are the property of SkyeTrip Users are not permitted to copy or otherwise use these Marks without the prior written consent of skyetrip.in. All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Service bookings should be addressed to skyetrip.in.
Payments:
For all the services contracted, advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis.
Cancellations / Re – adjustment.

  • For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
  • For any cancellation made by the guest, service tax amount will not be refunded.
  • For any cancellation made by the guest regarding their tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reasons we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your massage in writing. Guests are expected to verify hotel Cancellation and Re - adjustment policies. Following possibilities exist here:
  • City hotels may put 1 or more night cancellation charge if cancelled before a specified period of time as per their cancellation policy.
  • Leisure segment hotels / resorts may levy charges if cancelled within a time limit before the reservation as per their cancellation policy.
  • Remote location hotels may not offer any refunds during the cancellation/ Re – adjustment.
  • Hotels / Service Providers in Peak Season (e.g. Goa in Christmas, Sonamarg in Amarrnath Yatra Period, Kumbh Mela) may not offer any refunds and charge for cancellation/ re-adjustment of dates.
  • Hotels / Service Providers have stricter last minute cancellation policies. Hotels / Service Providers are not responsible for connecting events related to the access (in event of your flight being cancelled, hotel may not offer any refunds).
  • Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).
  • For the X-mas and New Year period from 21st Dec to 10th Jan the payment is non-refundable.
  • In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize.
    Cancellation of All the wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries as well as the entrance fees of monuments / museums, or any visiting public places, or guide charges – by Govt of India are non-refundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment will be refunded/ adjusted against it.

  • Our Liabilities & Limitations:
    • SkyeyTrip merely provides intermediary services in order to facilitate highest quality services to you.
    • SkyeTrip is not the last-mile service provider to you and therefore it shall not be or deemed to be responsible for any lack or deficiency of services provided by any person (airline, travel/tour operator or similar agency).

    Please note:
  • Guests are expected to adhere to local laws and Hotel rules during the stay and SkyeTrip will not be responsible for any refunds if the guests is unable to comply to local law / Hotel rules and enforcement procedures / requirements.
  • All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general well-being.
  • After the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of visiting Country, the same would be charged as extra.
  • Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and checkout time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.
  • We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, landslides, road blocks, bad weather, cyclone, heavy rain etc. or any other causes beyond our control.
  • We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programs or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment’s, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
  • We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
